I've met a loan underwriter before and am even a FB friend with one. They hate their job from the moment they get up to the moment they hit the bar at night. The Mortgage Underwriting Manager who posted that comment looks like he hasn't hit the bar in a while, but he's probably wanting the foreclosure mess to end as much as the general public. I don't think he meant any harm on the South Lake woman, but he thinks its easy as 1,2,3 to move-out and find a cheaper place to live. All I agree on is the "stop acting rich" part just because a lot of people don't like to settle for less.
